Has it been that long?

I can't believe it's been so long since I've blogged - OVER A YEAR! I am embarrassed!  Not much to say, but "Lord, please take the heat away - we are cooking!"  I have been trying to make Paletas - Mexican popsicles - to keep cool, made some yucky ones yesterday!  Trying a new recipe today - Coconut ones, yummy! I may get fat - I seem to be the only ones eating them!  :) I'll let you know how these turn out!  Better get to the hot kitchen to cook - bye!
